FAQ
Short answers, including the unflattering ones.
Answers
Is BetDNA a bookmaker?
No. BetDNA does not accept stakes and holds no customer money for betting. It is analytical software.
Will BetDNA make me money?
No product can promise that, and BetDNA does not. It gives you a probability and the evidence behind it. The decision, the stake and the risk remain yours. It gives you a market price to judge that probability against only where it carries one - 11 of 294 fixtures on the 11–16 September board - and makes no value claim on the rest.
Why is Today sometimes empty?
Because nothing qualified. Today only holds events that clear the evidence, price and value rules, and the price rule can only run on fixtures that carry a price. An empty day is a genuine result and is reported as one.
Why do some sports show fewer picks than others?
A recommendation needs a legitimate market price. Where prices are not available for a sport, its events can still be modelled and watched, but they cannot become tiered recommendations.
What is a Theatre?
A replay of a match in its own sport’s mechanics rather than a scoreline ticking over. A Theatre always reconciles to the canonical result - it cannot invent one.
Does the Lab always find a strategy?
No, and that is deliberate. Zero approved strategies is a valid result. Candidates that fail validation or out-of-sample testing are rejected and published as rejections.
What data does Play use?
Only evidence that existed as of the historical moment being played, and prices that were actually available then. Results settle on the server against the canonical record, never in your browser.
Can I use BetDNA on a phone?
Yes. BetDNA is one responsive product - there is no separate mobile build.
How do I get an account?
Choose Create your account - it is at the top of the front page, and in the menu on a phone. If you already have one, choose Sign in and BetDNA opens.
See what today actually justifies
Create an account and open BetDNA. If it has nothing worth backing today, it will tell you that too.
